Fantastic stay near the pier

The hotel's location is convenient near the pier. The staff were helpful. The room was large and cleaned every day. I watched the stars at night next to the pool.
I noticed that the swimming pools lacked handrails. This made entering and exiting a little difficult. It would be helpful to add some with mobility or vision issues.

The hotel has two pools. Both are open until late. The gym contains some equipment. I did notice the Christmas party seemed very well organized. It offered festive activities.

The staff were generally cute. I found the reception staff especially helpful. They assisted with various requests i had and also with directions, their service really made a difference.

Breakfast was good. There were many choices available. The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! There was something for everyone, including vegetarian options and various international cuisines on the menu.

i liked the proximity to different restaurants. the location was ideal for exploring nearby areas. breakfast had a wide selection of thai options. the pools were well-kept, a nice retreat after a day exploring. the room had a functional layout.
the minibar prices seemed a bit high compared to local shops.

the hotel restaurant provided a wide selection of dishes and breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries and various types of Thai noodles, providing multiple choices for starting the day.

the hotel is near shops and eateries and there is easy access to transport, specifically longtail boats, made exploring the area convenient, the location is perfect for beach access.

my room had a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the garden and the air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature and there was a safe for storing valuables.

the staff was very helpful and responsive, addressing my requests quickly, the front desk provided clear information about local attractions and the concierge arranged transportation efficiently.

the hotel has good location. comfortable rooms exist there and breakfast is good too. i enjoyed the swimming pools. there are two and the hotel has a great design too.
the room smelled dusty i think. the hotel should fix it.
